Consulting Director, Organization Change Management (OCM)

Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale organization change management engagements, leading change strategy and stakeholder engagement for enterprise transformations as the senior client-facing lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale organization change management engagements
- Design change strategy, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication frameworks for enterprise transformations
- Lead change impact and readiness assessments across technology, process, and organizational transformations
- Serve as the senior client relationship owner at C-suite and Board level
- Direct and mentor OCM consulting teams across multiple concurrent engagements
- Contribute to Catalyst Convoy's OCM methodology and toolkits
- Lead business development efforts for OCM engagements, including proposals and executive pitches
- Measure and report change adoption, ROI, and engagement outcomes to client leadership
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of consulting experience at a tier-one consulting firm, with dedicated OCM focus
- Multi-industry consulting experience (mandatory)
- Experience in international markets (highly preferred)
- MBA (highly preferred)
- Prosci or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification (highly preferred, strongly weighted given OCM focus)
- Exceptional executive communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and Boards of Directors
- Prior business development experience as part of consulting assignments, including proposal development (required)
- Willingness to relocate internationally during client assignments
- Fluency in French or Spanish (preferred)
- Compensation commensurate with experience
