Director, Consulting: M&A & Cultural Integration

Remote (Global) · Client-Site Travel Required · North America (ET) & Middle East PreferredFull-Time · Anticipated 6–24 Month Engagement

Own end-to-end delivery of M&A and culture integration engagements for enterprise clients, from pre-merger cultural due diligence through post-merger value realization, as the senior client-facing lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of M&A and culture integration engagements, from pre-merger due diligence through post-merger value realization
  • Lead cultural due diligence, synergy thesis alignment, Day-1 readiness planning, and integration governance design
  • Serve as the primary client relationship owner at C-suite and Board level throughout the engagement
  • Direct cross-functional integration teams spanning HR, culture, leadership, and organizational design
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities within existing and prospective client relationships, including proposal and pitch leadership
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to consulting managers and senior consultants on the engagement
  • Contribute to Catalyst Convoy's M&A integration methodology and playbooks
  • Represent Catalyst Convoy in client steering committees, executive briefings, and Board-level presentations

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of consulting experience at a tier-one consulting firm, with dedicated focus on M&A and post-merger culture integration
  • Multi-industry consulting experience across at least 3–4 sectors (mandatory)
  • Experience delivering engagements in international markets (highly preferred)
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree (highly preferred)
  • Prosci or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification (highly preferred)
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and Boards of Directors
  • Prior business development experience as part of consulting assignments, including proposal development (required)
  • Willingness to relocate internationally during client assignments
  • Fluency in French or Spanish (preferred)
  • Compensation commensurate with experience
