Sr. Consultant, HR Strategy & Operating Model

Support the design of HR operating models and strategy roadmaps for client organizations, from current-state assessment through client-ready recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design of HR operating models, including service delivery structures, shared services, and centers of excellence
- Conduct current-state assessments and benchmarking of client HR functions
- Develop HR strategy roadmaps aligned to business objectives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather requirements from functional leaders
- Build detailed process maps, RACI models, and governance frameworks
- Draft client-ready deliverables and presentations
- Support business development through proposal writing and research
- Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams on integrated engagements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of consulting experience at a tier-one consulting firm
- Multi-industry consulting experience (mandatory)
- Experience in international markets (highly preferred)
- MBA (highly preferred)
- Prosci or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification (highly preferred)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage all levels of leadership including C-suite
- Prior business development experience as part of consulting assignments (required)
- Willingness to relocate internationally during client assignments
- Fluency in French or Spanish (preferred)
- Compensation commensurate with experience
