Senior Human Capital Consulting Manager

Lead workstreams within enterprise human capital transformation engagements, managing client relationships with HR leadership while designing organizational structures, competency frameworks, and workforce strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams within enterprise human capital transformation engagements, from diagnostic through implementation
- Manage day-to-day client relationships with HR leadership and functional heads
- Design organizational structures, competency frameworks, and workforce strategies
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Supervise and develop junior and mid-level consulting staff on engagements
- Contribute to proposal development and business development activity
- Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables against Catalyst Convoy's standards
- Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 6–8 years of consulting experience at a tier-one consulting firm
- Multi-industry consulting experience (mandatory)
- Experience in international markets (highly preferred)
- MBA (highly preferred)
- Prosci or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification (highly preferred)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage all levels of leadership including C-suite
- Prior business development experience as part of consulting assignments (required)
- Willingness to relocate internationally during client assignments
- Fluency in French or Spanish (preferred)
- Compensation commensurate with experience
